Compatibility with leadin plugin

Hi,

I am using a marketing automation plugin that should be compatible with your form. This is the plugin:

It says it should find a <form> tag, but as FS contact has [si-contact-form form=’1′] tag, then I am not sure, how to make it work.

Do you know how to solve it?
