Community Builder Plugin for WordPress?

I am trying to switch all of our websites to WordPress (currently have WP & Joomla). In order to dump Joomla, I need a plugin that would be an alternative to this Joomla Community Builder plugin. I have googled, but have not found anything. Does anyone know what WP plugin I can use that will function like this: http://www.joomlapolis.com/
