Comments showing on all posts?

    Hello all,
    I have been creating a new theme for my companies blog. I started it from scratch so I am probably missing some piece of code of something somewhere.

    Here is my issue, When I make a test comment on one post, approve the comment, then it shows up on all the posts.

    Any thoughts on this?

    Maybe I sure elaborate some more.

    1. I post a comment on a post
    2. when I click submit, I am taken to a different post than the one i comment on
    3. my comment is showing on all posts
