I really need help with this, its the last item on my list before I turn the site over to the client.
Not only do I want you to be able to comment when the box is opened, but I want a list of all the other comments displayed too.
I don’t want after you hit the submit button for the comments to back to the index page, I want it to go back to the main comments page.

I want a very simple, very plain comments popup.
So i used the classic and will tweak to my liking, but I wnated to test the functionality first and its not working.
