there might be a ‘discussion’ options box below the post editor; if not, check the ‘screen options’ tab near the top right on that page – that should allow you to tick some boxes to show the discussion options box.
My site is a article directory. People posts articles. I have edited one post and marked that comments are allowed. But how can I make it default?
I use Article Directory plugin.
