Have you accidentally turned off comments on the Settings->Discussion page?

No, when I start to write a new post, everything is ok, I mean, te Comments and the pings are allowed, but when I click “save”, and the page reloads, the boxes of the comments and pings are blank. So I mark them again, and when I save, it’s the same again…

By the way. something similar happens when I tried to change a permalink of a post. I click “edit”, then change the permalink of the post, I click “save” and appears the one that was in the first place
Try clearing your personal data (temp files, cookies cache, etc) and then try the page again. I’ve noticed I have to do that sometimes in order to see changes on a page. I’m not sure that does it all the time, but it might make a difference for you.
