Further more, I would like to allow them to post using a facebook login or just as a guest by entering name and email…apparently I have screwed up something along the way.
I also have JetPack single sign on activated.
Sorry, forgot to mention I am also using Anti-spam by CleanTalk. I may contact them and see if they are possibly removing everything as spam.
Anti-spam by CleanTalk got back with me and asked me to unset ‘users must be registered and logged in’ since I wanted guests to post and be able to post via FB account. I did this and tested a new comment and it worked. Marking resolved.

Hello,
My wife said she just posted a comment on our website. I got no notification, there are no new comments in the admin comment section, nothing in moderation or spam. So I went to a post and commented. Nothing. Same thing. The comment form disappeared from the post, nothing showed up and in admin, no new comments.
I am using Jetpack comments and attached is a link to a screen shot of my settings. Any help with this would we great.
