Do you have any cache installed? If so, have you checked the cache plugin to serve fresh version to visitors when post new comments?
I do not have any cache plugin installed.
on posts are working. Can comments be posted on custom page?
Theme Options > General > Comments on pages > On
Make sure it’s not Off there (it’s off by default, so this is the likely cause – marking as resolved for now)
