comments not saved in comments table

    i am creating new theme yet with no css or formating ,
    when i create new comment it doesn’t show up under the article and not saved in WordPress database . second thing after I click submit it takes me to the main page where posts are shown.
    I am learning to do it locally on my pc and i am using xamp.
