Comments Not Refreshing After Post

A couple of weeks ago my users started mentioning a problem on my site where after they leave a comment the browser processes for a few minutes then leaves them at the same page (e.g. http://www.openbod.com/2006/victory-at-last/#comments) without showing their comment added.
