FTP to your website, navigate to the wp-content/plugins folder, then look for the plugin folder with the timestamp around that time. Then rename or delete it.
I’ve checked all my plugins, none even modifies the layout of anything. The strange this is that the comments appear jumbled only in
Safari
Chrome
Firefox
but display correctly in MS IE 7 and 8…
This might be a 2.9.1 issue with those broswers, in that 2.9.1 might use some sort of method not supported by them…
I have looked in the theme and found nothing that even specifies the layout of the comments (size of boxes etc); if anyone knows let me know, because I am am no expert…

This occured about 8 hours ago after installing the update of a plugin, the name of which I cannot remember…is there anyone who knows which plugin issued an update at about 7 AM London time, Jan 7th, 2010
