You can enable page comment.
On your front-end, go to your page, and click on customize from the admin bar.
It will load customize interface.
In your preview you should be seeing your page.
On your left, navigate to Main Body Design -> Comments
Find the setting -> Pages Comments
Check the checkbox and Save changes
You will not see this option if your preview is not showing a page.
