Comments don't show up

My site has woocommerce on it along with the theme custom community. On my dashboard the at a glance widgete has the posts, pages, and comments count. Everytime I get an order or an orders status changes I get a comment telling me I use to be able to click these and see them. Now the at a glance comment count goes up with every order but when I click on it which right now it says 16. I click it and it has nothing there no comments old or new load its just blank. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
