Comments dont appear when clicked

I made a layout ( http://shinjiru.org) and put in loop etc, but I made it without using the theme option. Everything is showing up ok so far but when u click on comments, it leads to that posts, but doesn’t display the comments. I have a comment code in my loop, or am I missing a file??
