Comments coming from where ?

It seems those comments are spams. You could completely disable comment system if you are not using it. There is one checkbox setting named Users must be registered and logged in to comment under Settings->Discussion. Enabling this will also help in stopping spam. OR you can use plugin to disable comments completely.
