First, your Etsy Widget code has a <body> call in it – redo that properly.
And, the only HTML ouput in the comments section is:

Your theme/customizations have multiple markup errors. These need to be addressed.
You may just need to turn comments on for this specific/page post. Comments can be turned off per page/post or after a period of time.

The comments box on blog posts shows when post is new. once someone comments, the box disappears. all that shows is a small “add comment” under all the categories. this is not easy to see. I have the add comments box checked. Theme: Atheros
