Commenter-Plug Question…

Umm, I have that hack where it plugs whoever comments on a post, anyway, it’s working fine but I recently switched to a layout using iframes, and I want the plug-links to open in a new window instead of the tight cramped frame. Umm, stupid question maybe but how would I go about doing this? I have no clue what to mess around with…
