    If your stylesheet (CSS) has style defined for <blockquote> and a commenter uses the blockquote tag, you’d see it styled as such.

    So, not really a plugin. Just css.

    i figured there was a plugin involved as on each comment there was an image link that allows you to quote that comment when clicked

    I just use a standard

    myself as HandySolo mentioned, but I wouldn’t mind getting my hands on that quote plugin.
