    can some one recomand me a good plugin that notify all registred/unregistred users who posted on a article a comment when a new one is posted ? thank you

    You can use Jetpack for this. At the bottom of the Settings/Discussion Settings page, you can click the checkbox that reads “Show a ‘follow comments’ option in the comment form.”
