Comment on Pages not working

    Hello,

    simply as it is – I enabled comments on pages, but they don’t appear. I guess it is theme-related, as on the default theme comments are possible to post.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi,

    Have you checked in the Theme Settings for Post and Pages if the “Comments” are on?Comments can be activated/deactivated from the Theme Settings (Appearance > Customize)

    Hi,
    Do check in the particular page editor whether comments are set to on or off.

    Oh, I did miss that – I activated now the option from the Theme Settings. Quick view, no comments possible. I will wait a bit, maybe I need to refresh cache or something.

    Hi,
    In the page editor, click on the Screen options at top, and ensure that Discussion and Comments are ticked like this.
    After that, go to the Discussion metabox and ensure that Allow Comments is ticked like this.
