Plugin for ‘Reply on other Comments’

    Hi there

    I tried looking around but is it possible to add a reply comment on other comments e.g youtube ‘Post a Text Comment’? I was wondering if there was a plugin to have this option and maybe have a on/off button to certain a page or something like that?

    Please let me know if there is.
