It is defaulting to the comment system that comes standard to WordPress. The file is comment-template.php located in wp-includes, so in the core (which you should never edit). I’d take a look at how a different theme does it and copy from there.

Hi,
First, I love the theme. It’s really fast, and simple, but with a nice design! Also the Infinite Scroll plugin works great with it!
But, I want to remove the “website” and “email adress” fields from the comment form. For some reason, I can’t find these fields in the comments.php or functions.php files.
Where can I change this?
