    Since I upgraded to 2.5.1 on 4/27/08. my visitors get an error message when they submit their comments “Please enter comment.”

    I am using the XMark theme, have the following (current version) comment plugins loaded:

    AJAXed WordPress 1.19.2
    Akismet 2.1.4
    Comment Quicktags + 1.1
    Easy Gravatars 1.2
    TinyMCEComments 0.4.3-2
    WP-SpamFree 1.7.8
    WP AJAX Edit Comments v1.1.5.1

    The blog is Tangled Up in Blue Guy

    Someone sent a test comment, and it worked. When I tried to comment, I got the same error message. Will whoever sent this comment please send some details?

    I just sent a couple of test comments all with javascript disabled. Wonder if it is some type of conflict with your AJAX form.

    Edit: received the error you mentioned when trying to comment with javascript turned on

    Yup, I have no trouble commenting with JS shut off. Try disabling your AJAX comment plugin and see what happens.
