Hi, have you updated any other plugin lately that might have caused this issue.
It happened right after the latest WordPress update. We updated plugins before that, but this problem didn’t occur until the new version of WordPress.
Can you carry out a test. Can you disable all your other plugins except this one. Then test to see if your captcha is working again?

I found the issue! It turns out that my client added a plugin recently that I was unaware about. That was causing the CAPTCHA issue. I appreciate your help very much!

Hi, how are you?
I have the CAPTCHA for comments set up on my site and I’ve noticed that, recently, some of my writers cannot use the CAPTCHA. They input the correct number and get the following message: “Error: You entered an incorrect CAPTCHA answer.”
Could you advise me on ways to fix this?
