Comment author is anonymous

When un-registered users come to leave a comment and fill in their name & email, the resulting comment shows the author as “anonymous.” Am I missing a setting to make “Name” appear as the author of the comment?

When I log in, it use my name as author.

I”ve set the site so anyone can comment and added a captcha to fend off spammers. Testing this at watchthedancers.org/rosario/
