Our client uses a very simple Salesforce implementation, namely using the Description field in Salesforce as a ‘catch-all’ for a variety of different form fields that are captured on their website contact page. (Specifically, the last 4 required fields on the page referenced here).

They have been using this method on their current (non-Wordpress) site – we are in the process of migrating them to WordPress, and thus using your plugin.

While are are strongly encouraging them to make their Salesforce database match the new web form (it is unclear why they set things up the way they did years ago), it might be necessary to duplicate their solution. Can you provide any advice/guidance as to how that might work within your plugin?

You could use the filters documented in the ReadMe to concatenate multiple fields into the Description field before lead submission.

I’d recommend also sending them normally and having them saved as custom fields so when the customer comes to their senses… the data is already in the right place.

Also, the built in captcha is worthless these days… use ReCaptcha or disable it. Spammers have become too sophisticated for simple captchas.
