Colour selection for text changed

The ability to use my own colours in the text box in the edit screen has gone. That means my whole website now will not match the preset colours that WordPress have. Previously they have a box ‘more’ that you can then enter your own hex colours, that box is now gone and I’m limited to a very limited selection of colours.

Can someone please help me work out how to use my own colours with hex values?
