Hello,

New to wordpress…but basically with CSS I want to make a colour border/line under the black menu bar on the page…I’m using a child theme of Twenty Eleven.

Basically like this:

Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS work.

Try adding this to your custom CSS or child-theme CSS; or if you have Jetpack installed, go to Appearance –> Edit CSS:
```
#access {
    border-bottom: 4px solid #FF0000; /* Add bottom border to navigation */
}
```
