color, letter casing, padding..

Hello Experts,

I have three challenges on my WP site. I believe they are changeable by css, but my experience in it is not great, so i’m having a bit of difficulty finding my way.. I’m trying to change the following three things on this site.

1. I need to add some padding before the logo on the top (that appears on the entire site).

2. I need to change the navi. menu (both the main and sub- dropdown manu) texts from Uppercase to Capitalize. and also center the menu (not align to left).

3. I need to change the background color on the sidebar area and author box located at the end of the article to white.

If you happen to know how to change any of these properties, I really appreciate your input.
