Collapsible Categories CSS Question

    On my website http://www.449.us/wordpress, I want to display the bullet and + next to each category. Currently it displays next to the categories with sub categories, but doesnt display to a parent category which lacks sub categories.

    Again I am using the plugin Collapsible Categories.
