Cloudflare + Ngnix + inline style

    Hey there,

    I am behind Cloudflare on Nginx so I use “CDN Friendly”, Alter HMTL, and Replace img tags.
    That works great except for inline style that embed an URL.

    Is there a way to solve that? It seems like an edge case that’s missing in the configuration. Or am I missing a trick?
