I am also getting this same error on every project I have. The button doesn’t work, and flushing on sites with a previous connected API gives this error: “Failed to flush CloudFlare cache: Failed to reach API endpoint, got unexpected response”
Nothing I tried had any effect. My guess is that CloudFlare API was updated and the plugin isn’t yet compatible.
I will try with some older version of W3TC, if it works I let you know.
FIY: neither the previous version nor the “fixed” one from https://github.com/szepeviktor/w3-total-cache-fixed/ solved the problem.

I had the same problem.
I solved it by switching the default wordpress language from “Spanish” to “English (UK)” (Go to Settings->General->Site Language)
The button just worked!
