Cloud tag

I like limit the number of tag that appears in the cloud tag, but not in the usually mode that is limit the number of tags.

I like to limit the tags that had not yet get certain number of post. I mean, if a tag had been used only 2 times, the tag will not appear in the cloud, but if the tag is used 3 times or more, yes.

I supouse I must recode a SQL sentence… but I don’t know where is it.
