What do these mean “You can also use these tags as placeholders: %user%, %tag%, %caption%, %date%”. Sorry, I’m new to this.
Those are placeholders for data that comes from the image. if you use %caption%, the caption from the image is used. %date% will be replaced by the date that the image is uploaded

Alright, I got that done and one of my photos is showing on my stream (my latest photo). How can I now get all my instagram photos and put them on a page on my wordpress website?

I want to have a page on my wordpress site. a page titled something like “instagram photos” or “photo blog” and when clicked, I want it to display all my instagram photos.
That’s more of a theme related issue. But you can use categories for instagram photos and then add that category to the menu.
