Client Notification Template not working

My Client Notification emails are being sent to me instead of the client. I copied exactly like the demo except for adams@gmail.com which is replaced with my email.

I’m using version 3.0.28

Also, I noticed 3 months ago someone posted with the same client notification error but there were no responses to their post.
