Clickable referenced text

I am bringing an old website, not WordPress, into WordPress. Add to that, that this is my first foray into WordPress, HELP….

Anyway, one of the things that I’ve run into, is that I have a FAQ page that lists a number of “questions” and then the respective answers in the section/area at the bottom of the questions. I can’t find out how to make this work now. Below is a representation of what I “had”, that was in the previous site. Can someone explain how to do this now…..
