hi how to make – when someone opens my page he see only part of the post but when clicks on it he see all post. and are there any language packs or how to change words like category pages and others?

In the file index.php the main section is the loop. You want to swap the template tag the_content with the_excerpt.
I’m not as familiar with translation, but I did ask a similar quesion here on how that all works.
i dont understand anything there. how to do that with posts, can you explain me?
