Click Add Video not working

I already have four videos in this gallery. however, when I try to add more by clicking on Add Video Button – absolutely nothing happens. Please help

The first four were added normally – no problems – not sure if any other plugins were added afterwards, sorry

I think I understood the problem, when i use link with “embed” e.g http://www.youtube.com/embed/HcYas7WNPJI, problem happen …
Nessesary to use standart youtube link, without embed, and videos works perfecty.
