Cleayn Theme with Woocommerce missing stlye.css

    Hi,
    I’m in the midst of updating a site someone else worked on.
    [ Redundant like redacted ]
    Actually, my problem lies in WordPress Dashboard > Themes.
    The Themes Page has the current active theme as “Cleayn”. However, at page bottom, under “Broken Themes” is the “woo commerce > Stylesheet is missing” error message.
    BTW: I can send a screen capture of this page. Let me know.

    Why am I not troubleshooting in plugins? I have already made a few troubleshooting efforts in plugins without success.

    The reason the error is in Themes, I presume, is because the theme is named: “Cleayn – Clean & Sleek Woocommerce Theme” by Playnethemes.
    BTW: I can send a screen capture of this page. Let me know.

    Another curious anomaly is an error in the Status Report:
    Why is Status report showing an alert for Child Theme, when the active theme is the original Cleayn theme?

    This “error” message is simply saying you’re not using a child theme. A child theme is recommended if you’re modifying a parent theme. The reason it’s recommended you use a child theme is so that if a new version of the parent theme is released, you can easily upgrade without losing the modifications you made.

    Again, this message is simply saying that you’re not following the recommended approach of using a child theme… not that there’s a problem with your child theme.

    Actually, my problem lies in WordPress Dashboard > Themes.
    The Themes Page has the current active theme as “Cleayn”. However, at page bottom, under “Broken Themes” is the “woo commerce > Stylesheet is missing” error message.

    My guess is that you have a folder called “woo commerce” inside your themes folder which doesn’t contain a stylesheet or maybe it’s not even a theme at all. Login to your cPanel account and use File Manager to /public_html/wp-content/themes/ and see if you can find such a folder.

    In any case, are you actually experiencing any problem with the site (other than these admin messages)?

    If you feel there’s a problem with you “Cleayn Theme”, you’ll need to contact the vendor of the theme, as they’re the best ones to help you.

    Here’s the theme’s support page on ThemeForest (the vendor’s direct support page was not loading when I checked).

    Commercial themes are not supported here at all.
