Hello, use Siteground Optimize too. Same problems here. Should enable the option “Use alternative mechanism for cookies”: work? Or do I just have to install the version form GitHub?

Check if the issue persists with the 5.157.1 version.
We have applied many fixes in cookies logic. If this does not help, enable the alternative mechanism for cookies as suggested.

I am having this problem on my site too when engaging the “Use alternative mechanism for cookies” I get 9 POST-admin-ajax All are Clean Talk with the longest request of 3.3 secs.
When turning it on I get 1 request for 2 secs. When I deactivate I get no report and my post loads normally
