Get a fresh cup of coffee, take a deep breath and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.

I took a quick look via Sucuri Site Check and didn’t see any malware and you’re not on any ‘blacklists’ that they can see.

I looked at your site code a bit and didn’t see anything worth noting either.

I also noticed you only have one plugin and that’s the W3 Total Cache (I like!).

I’d recommend running something like iThemes Security and Wordfence together… those two ‘security’ plugins behave well together and compliment each other.

You might also add Sucuri temporarily (The online link I provided above runs a scan that can’t see into your site quite as well as the plugins can).

Run Sucuri for a bit and then disable again (You can have too much of a good thing) but running that once in a while can give you some added peace of mind.

I’d also follow the guide @sterndata recommended here after you install and run the three plugins I recommended.

I really didn’t see anything that needs to be deleted but if you then find something via the plugins I recommended then you’ll want to follow the recommendations Steve recommends for cleaning your site.

I hope this helps and I could be wrong but I worry that you might accidentally break something that would be hard to fix by removing anything unnecessarily.
