From the screenshot shared it points out the error occurs as the class “getid3_handler” isn’t present in module.audio.ac3.php file.
The error points to the WordPress core file. And in general, could occur if the installation of WP got corrupted.
Could we know whether you tried re-installing WordPress core files ie /wp-admin and /wp-includes directory to ensure the issue isn’t due to any missing WP core flies?
Could you also please double-check whether the content of module.audio.ac3.php is the same as the following WP Core file:
https://build.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/5.5.1/wp-includes/ID3/module.audio.ac3.php
If you still notice the issue specifically with Smush enabled then could you also please point out the host and the server the website is running so that we could have a better idea regarding on what else such issue would occur.
