Chrome forcing site to default language?

    I can’t seem to reproduce this, but a client is reporting that when he goes to this site:

    http://quad.ckbuilds.com

    and selects Spanish, the Spanish version displays for a few seconds and switches back to English.

    He’s using the latest version of Chrome on a MacBook.

    Any insight as to why this might be happening and possible solutions appreciated.
