    Hi,

I have some Categories that I am using as menu options. If selected from the menu, it shows all posts of this category. So far so good. However, on the right hand side, automatically there is the list of “Recent Posts” and under that then “Recent Comments” and then ‘Archives’. I would like to not have any of the stuff on the right hand side showing at all. I have been looking around for a way to easily disable that but not finding it. Would like to know where to do this? thanks and thanks again!

  • What you are talking about is a sidebar and the things in it are widgets, you can enable and disable them on the widgets page of the wordpress admin under the appearance tab.

As for making the category pages full width, the only way to do this in the free theme is to build pages and make them have the blog page template, then set the page settings to only show one category.

In the premium version there are options to make the category pages full width.
