Chinese fonts

Hi, I had uploaded a special chinese font family into my website. However, I noticed that loading of my site is significantly long, although i had installed w3 total cache that claims to speed up page loading significantly.

Is there any other ways that i can do to speed up the loading of my site? or i must take the font family away and revert back to the default?… 🙁
