child/sub pages

Hi. i have a parent page which works fine but i have about 12 child pages attached to it. the child pages do not show up on my site, i can only get to them in edit.. how do i get my sub pages to show up under the parent tab on my site? also would like to create a contact us button and tell a friend button where people can contact me to my email address, how do i do this? look forward to hearing from you.
