Have you made changes to the checkout form fields? That could be the problem.

Yes I have made changes to the checkout form field. Should I not have done so? Client said she wasn’t getting the addresses when customers made a purchase, so I made fields mandatory.
When I test the site, I have no problems making a purchase.

I’m not clear on using the Flush Theme Cache button. Do I need to do anything before clicking on it, ie Move Template Files (all of them??) or Backup Your WordPress Theme?

I flushed it. I didn’t see any settings change, so I don’t know if anything happened. I tested (with my “z” product for a penny) and it went through fine, but then it always has. So I’ll just have to wait for a real person to try it.
