Checkout Page Error

    Hello,

    I am using WPEC version 3.8.14.1.

    I’ve configured all the details correctly. But still I am getting Error on Checkout page like “Sorry your online ordering is unavailable to this destination please double check details” even If I don’t select any country region and zipcode.
    I found something that wpsc_have_shipping_quotes() function returns 0 and because of that it reflects into the theme template file and it gives me error.

    So if anyone who have solve this kind of error before I would appreciate him/her effort.
