checkout not working

hosting on Namecheap. unlicensed themed and not updated with the current version of WordPress. recently attacked by malware and since then customer has not been able to submit an order to my site. Namecheap change the IP address and told me to choose from a backup that is fresh from back up but the problem still exists on site and also malware. what can I do now?

“unlicensed theme” and can we assume nulled plugins? First, remove all the unlicensed/nulled crap, if there. It’s pretty clear that your site has been hacked. See https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/https/e-mart.com.bd/checkout/
Regarding the malware, get a fresh cup of coffee, take a deep breath and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures

If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.
