Checkout Custom Field

Hello.
I have a bug when creating checkout custom field. When the field is filled, there are strange \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ symbols in order-received window and in email in text Как вы узнали о “Магазин”?

It looks like this:
Как вы узнали о магазине \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\”Магазин\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\”?

Also, this field is sending to the customer, even if option sending to the customer is unchecked in settings.

How can i fix it?

P.S.
Is there anyway to make dropdown custom field?
